Preparing for Success: Students Reflect on Their Summer at Colortech

School is back in session, and Colortech would like to wish all students and educators a happy and safe new school year! Our Guiding Principles, The 5 C's, emphasize Colortech's commitment to our communities through education and continuously investing in our employees.

Colortech offers students the opportunity to work summer internships in various departments, with numerous students returning each year. In addition, our recruiting team partners with regional institutions to hire full-time Co-Op students that work throughout the school year. We provide our students with hands-on training and guide them through projects that help them gain essential skills and helps Colortech improve our processes.

This year, our diverse group of student associates represents schools from the Twin Cities of Ontario to the Florida Gulf Coast. We recently asked some of our interns and co-op students to reflect on their experiences at Colortech and their future career plans. We are grateful to have been a part of your professional journey!
