Celebrating the Inspirational Women of Colortech

Doing our part to "Break the Bias"

March 8 is International Women's Day, a day we celebrate women's achievements of the past and present and aim to inspire those in the future. This year's theme, Break the Bias, focuses on celebrating these accomplishments and recognizing there is much work to be done to have a world free of bias and gender stereotypes.

This International Women's Day, we would like to celebrate and thank all of the women at Colortech who continue to inspire us through hard work and dedication every day. We are proud to have a diverse group of women on our team that plays a role in every aspect of our business. As our team continues to grow and serve our communities with organizations that support young women, we look forward to investing in their future and empowering them to make a difference in the plastics industry and beyond.

We recently asked a few of the amazing women at Colortech to share their thoughts on International Women's Day and how to #BreakTheBias, as well as sharing more about their career journey and advice for young women entering the workforce. Thank you to these women, who represent several departments and are in various stages of their careers, for sharing your inspiring messages.
