With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and process optimization, David Harris serves as Colortech’s Director of Production. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1996 before spending over a decade in the automotive industry. He specialized in flat gasket technology and held various roles, including Process Engineer, Supply Chain Specialist, and Plant Superintendent.

David joined Colortech in 2007 as a Process Engineer and was quickly promoted to Production Manager in 2008. In 2025, he assumed his current role as Director of Production, where he continues to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and team development to support Colortech’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
